IDEATION THROUGH COLLABORATIVE THINKING.
Questions were being asked left and right when going through our two-day session. Brand strategist, Jennifer Lau, led the session by prioritizing what was asked then was broken into sections to answer Renata’s questions accordingly.

DEFINE MESSAGING FOR CUSTOMERS TO UNDERSTAND.
Defining RPLDesign’s aspiring target audience was the stem of where the brand was headed for marketing to come. Since they already established themselves as being a positive empowering hand-lettering service, we crafted several profiles for them that reflected who they get to target. Each of the profiles had similar attributes.
REDEFINING THE ATTRIBUTES.
With the lettering pieces RPLDesigns was producing, the attributes defined set the look, feel, voice, and tone of the overall brand. We revisited her mission and vision statements multiple times so we would all be on the same page.

We believe strongly in Renata’s vision by connecting people through her mission and lettering pieces through positivity. People gets to love themselves more and create a ripple effect to go and inspire and empower even more people. Her lettering pieces can be found on her Instagram account.
