The idea of bringing the experience of New Orleans to the West Coast of California sprung was idea of the owner of the restaurant. He envisions the restaurant to not only serve Cajun style cuisine which is not limited to crayfish and blue crabs, but during late nights, the vibe of New Orleans will come to life by the smooth jazz being played.
OUR GOAL WAS TO ATTRACT A TARGET AUDIENCE AND TO DEVELOP AN IDENTITY FOR NOLA GRUBHOUSE.
