Duration

From coast to coast.
The idea of bringing the experience of New Orleans to the West Coast of California sprung was idea of the owner of the restaurant. He envisions the restaurant to not only serve Cajun style cuisine which is not limited to crayfish and blue crabs, but during late nights, the vibe of New Orleans will come to life by the smooth jazz being played.
Our goal was to attract a target audience and to develop an identity for Nola Grubhouse.
Background
This project presented itself with not only an understanding of the brand development and identity, but it also captivates how that is used interactively such as an ordering system. Here I learned:
- Experience is defined through a vision. From vision comes figuring out how the brand is going to be translated.
- Cohesive branding and nomenclature will help tell a story. Presenting a consistent brand in form of words and visuals helps bring this restaurant to life.
- Personality and culture are exemplified through type and color. The psychology of type and color showcased the look and feel of this restaurant.
Question

TO MY HOMETOWN?
